A 67-year-old man in Taichung suddenly experienced a stroke after buying noodles and froze in a seated position on his motorcycle, unable to move. Police suspected a sudden stroke and quickly called for an ambulance. The man, surnamed You, had visited a noodle stall and appeared fine until he tried to leave. Doctors warned about the risks of strokes in extreme weather conditions, especially for individuals with underlying health conditions, and advised against sudden temperature changes to prevent summer strokes.
