A man without a shirt was seen at the intersection of Zhonghua Road and Minzu Road in Taoyuan on June 8, 2024, behaving erratically by yelling, grabbing and assaulting random pedestrians. Even when the police arrived, he continued his disruptive behavior, leading the officers to eventually subdue him with pepper spray and take him to the hospital. This incident ended in chaos, leaving bystanders terrified and shocked, with the man having a history of similar aggressive behaviors in the past.
