After Max raised its subscription prices, the streamer confirmed the cancellation of another one of its shows, Tokyo Vice, during a Produced By Panel at Fox Studios. The series, which premiered in spring 2022, concluded its second season in April. Despite the cancellation, creators J.T. Rogers and Alan Poul expressed gratitude for the opportunity to produce the show and hinted at the possibility of more story in the future. Alongside the price increase announcement, other shows like Rap Sh!t, Our Flag Means Death, The Girls on the Bus, and Scavengers Reign have also been axed recently.
