In response to TSMC's Kumamoto Fab official launch, Japanese businesses expressed interest in collaborating with Taiwanese semiconductor equipment industry. To assist Taiwanese smart machinery companies in entering the Japanese high-end manufacturing international supply chain, the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry led an industry delegation back to Japan for the first time since the pandemic, organizing a two-day Taiwan-Japan mechanical cooperation meeting in Nagoya and Tokyo. The meeting aims to facilitate one-on-one discussions with Japanese partners from industries such as semiconductor equipment, machinery, and tool manufacturing, encouraging potential collaborations and business partnerships.
