Tennis elbow is common in sports injuries, with a 50-year-old woman experiencing pain on the outer side of her elbow after exercising at the gym. Despite receiving heat therapy and rehabilitation, the symptoms persisted, leading to a diagnosis of tennis elbow with partial tears in the tendons. The treatment involved a conservative approach initially, but when improvement was minimal, a regenerative therapy, specifically Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment, was chosen to repair the injured tendons. After one treatment session, the patient experienced significant pain reduction, indicating a faster recovery process.
