Mingyang High School in Kaohsiung, a correctional facility for juveniles who have committed serious crimes, was recently visited by many stray dogs and cats, making the school a warmer place. The Taiwan Pet Association donated food and pet treats on the 20th to help reduce the school's burden. The school principal, Tu Zhihong, mentioned the positive impact of caring for stray animals on the students' behavior and mindset.
