Starting from this year, the 'Minimum Wage Law' has been implemented, with the Ministry of Labor forming a research group to study minimum wage review matters. The Ministry of Labor is expected to convene the 'Minimum Wage Review Committee' at the end of August or early September, with the 'Minimum Wage Consultation Meeting' scheduled for the 20th. Based on the research findings and adjustment recommendations of the Ministry of Labor's research group, the minimum wage adjustment is projected to fall between 3.8% and 4.2%, with a monthly salary of NT$28,500 to NT$28,600 and an hourly wage of NT$190 as the benchmark. Various indicators such as regular wages, unemployment rate, and prices are considered in the review process.
