In Taian Township, Miaoli County, a 70-year-old man surnamed Jian went missing after going to the mountains and fields alone. He was found lying motionless in a grass patch near Taian Elementary School, displaying obvious signs of livor mortis. Despite efforts to locate him by family and friends, the authorities confirmed his passing. The exact cause of death is pending investigation. The family is currently mourning and handling funeral arrangements.
