A young woman in northern Taiwan sought medical help after experiencing white discharge and foul odor in her intimate area due to a mistaken laundry habit. Despite receiving treatment for yeast and E.coli infections, her symptoms persisted until a doctor discovered her habit of handwashing underwear separately and using body wash instead of detergent. After switching to machine washing with antibacterial detergent and separating intimate clothing, her condition improved significantly.
