In Tainan, a woman surnamed Huang believed her daughter was bullied by a male classmate named Little Li at school. When Huang requested an apology from Little Li in person, he refused, leading Huang to slap him twice in anger. Little Li later reported the incident, and Huang was sentenced to 30 days of detention by the Tainan District Court for intentionally causing harm to a minor. The court ruled that Huang's actions were intentional and that she should bear accountability despite provocation from Little Li's actions.
