On June 15, the first National Congress Reform Seminar organized by the Kuomintang will kick off in Tainan. Party Chairman Eric Chu stated that through numerous local seminars, the importance of Congress reform and the correct information will be communicated to the public. The Kuomintang is advocating for amending the public finance act, abolishing the use of the Barthel Index for those above 80, opposing the abolition of the death penalty, among other policies. The party aims to hold at least one large-scale seminar in every county to emphasize the necessity of Congress reform and share accurate information.
