On June 14, 2024, Legislator Hsieh Lung-jie from the Nationalist Party confirmed that there was no funding for mobilization or food during the party's nationwide explanation meetings titled '100 Meetings'. The lack of funds required local branches to raise money independently for mobilization, venues, and equipment. The first meeting is scheduled in Tainan with figures like Hsieh, Secretary-General Huang Chien-ting, blue lawmakers, and People First Party members attending, excluding party chairman Chu Li-lun. Despite the ambitious plan of over a hundred gatherings, only the first event is confirmed, sparking doubts about the feasibility of the initiative.
