Taipei City Mayor Chiang Wan-an expressed sadness over the suicide of a Neihu pet shop owner and will contemplate related regulations for a better approach. The pet shop in Neihu district faced difficulties as it could not obtain a business registration certificate due to a second-floor tenant refusing to sign an agreement, causing the shop to remain vacant for a long time. This led to the tragedy where the owner choose suicide due to financial pressures. Mayor Chiang mentioned the need for appropriate regulations regarding such issues.
