By providing guidance and support, these mentors assist newcomers in overcoming challenges and excelling in the sales field, ultimately becoming successful sales professionals. Sun Life also offers extensive training, a 'Business Opportunity System,' and unique resources to support sales agents in serving clients in their exclusive territories and expanding their customer base.
