The Ministry of the Interior has announced new regulations on electricity charges for rented properties, which will take effect in mid-July. Under the new rules, landlords cannot charge more than the 'current average electricity price per kilowatt-hour' or the 'total electricity charge for the current period' per kilowatt-hour. The aim is to ensure fair and transparent electricity billing practices in rental agreements.
