On June 28, 2024, the second annual children's art exhibition was held at the New York Kindergarten Art Campus in Hsinchu City. The event featured a charity bazaar to support children from the Hsinchu City Homemaker Service Center, a parent-child picnic activity at the kindergarten, and aimed to promote family bonding. The exhibition showcased a project by the US non-profit organization Artula Arts and Environmental Education Institute, encouraging children to understand that waste materials can be transformed into beautiful art. Through storytelling, the New York Kindergarten guides children on utilizing waste materials to create stunning artwork, fostering awareness on environmental protection and artistic expression among children aged two to six. CEO Lui Yizhen emphasized the importance of the event in highlighting the significance of environmental protection and education, with the participation of NTU students and legislators who are dedicated to education.
