A class-action lawsuit filed by NFL fans alleges that the NFL colluded with network partners CBS and Fox, along with DirecTV, to control the pricing of Sunday Ticket, violating antitrust law. The lawsuit seeks $21 billion in damages for over 2.4 million residential subscribers and more than 48,000 commercial establishments. Plaintiffs argue that the NFL should have offered a la carte options instead of forcing subscribers to pay top dollar to watch all Sunday games. The NFL maintains it didn't control pricing, and the average price of Sunday Ticket was $102.70 per season after promotions and giveaways.
