According to SET News, a conflict broke out at the nightclub 'Ruff' in Xinyi District, Taipei, where a 19-year-old male from Hong Kong accused a 19-year-old tall male of touching his buttocks. The altercation escalated, leading to the tall male getting injured in the face. Police arrived at the scene and clarified that it was accidental physical contact in a crowded place, but the tall male insisted on pressing charges for assault against the other male.
