A 50-year-old woman who does not smoke or cook was diagnosed with a high likelihood of having lung cancer after showing 'clubbed fingers.' Despite her habits, a doctor found her right lung nearly all white and filled with severe pleural effusion through an X-ray examination. The doctor emphasized that 'clubbed fingers' are common in patients with heart and lung diseases, with lung cancer being a frequent cause.
