North Korea's 3rd Wave of Trash Balloon Offensive Results in Seoul Filled with Stinky Trash

Reported 10 months ago

North Korea has launched its 3rd wave of trash balloon offensive, causing areas in Seoul, South Korea, to be filled with stinky garbage. This follows previous instances where North Korean balloons carried trash and feces, polluting cities in South Korea. The latest incident occurred in Goyang City, near Changneungwon, with numerous balloons and paper scraps found; South Korean military has begun an investigation. Eyewitnesses report paper stacks in most balloons, but the contents remain unknown. North Korea had previously deployed balloons into South Korean territory as a response to South Korea launching anti-North Korean leaflets; however, they have since suspended this action. South Korea recently ceased the '919 Inter-Korean Military Agreement' and sent balloons filled with anti-Kim Jong Un leaflets, some US dollars, and USB drives with South Korean music to North Korea.
