A nurse aide at Ren'ai Hospital, employed for only three months and with a criminal history of drug use, was caught using drugs twice while on duty. Despite a lack of stringent hiring requirements due to a labor shortage, the aide was found with suspicious powder around his nose, claiming it was pearl powder for allergies. After being reported to the police for the second incident, where drugs were discovered hidden in his ID badge, the hospital decided to terminate his employment to prevent further issues.
