Both companies offer employee dormitories with air conditioning, and some vacancies include free shuttle services for easy commuting for Miaoli residents. Zhang Jieru, Director of the Miaoli Employment Center, stated that the Ministry of Labor is promoting the re-entry of women who left work for family reasons for more than 6 months, individuals aged 55 and above, and those aged 45 and above who have legally retired, back into the job market through projects like the 'Women's Re-Employment Plan' and the 'Reward Incentive for the Elderly in the Workplace'. Qualified individuals referred by public employment service agencies who complete independent training and work steadily for at least 3 months can receive up to 60,000 NT dollars in reward.
