The owner of the well-known beverage chain '幸福堂' in Hsinchu, Chen Yongliang, was towed for parking violations and got into a dispute with the police while holding a child in his arms. During the altercation, one of his children fell to the ground, resulting in accusations from Chen Yongliang of improper enforcement by the police, who in turn filed charges of obstructing official duties and causing harm. The incident, captured on camera, shows a chaotic scene with heated arguments between adults and cries from frightened children as the tow truck continued to move.
