Paramount Global's co-CEOs, including CBS chief George Cheeks, MTV's Chris McCarthy, and film studio head Brian Robbins, will reveal their strategy at a town hall for staff on June 5. Appointed in April following the departure of CEO Bob Bakish, the executives aim to set a new direction for the company amidst ongoing deal talks with potential suitors Skydance Media, RedBird Capital and KKR, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Apollo Global Management. The strategy unveiling comes after an annual shareholder meeting and as the company navigates changes under new leadership.
