With the boost from projects like Taiwan Electric Strong Grid Plan and infrastructure construction amid the trend towards zero carbon emissions, major heavy electrical stocks like Huacheng (1519), Shiden (1503), Arlec (1514), and Zhongxing Electric (1513) have been flourishing this year. Following the peak summer electricity consumption in June, these heavy electrical giants surged today with Huacheng, Shiden, and Arlec hitting the daily limit up, while Zhongxing Electric also rose by 5.82%, surpassing the 190 yuan mark. Yeh Hwa (3622), a touch panel manufacturer, also saw soaring revenue with its electromechanical division benefiting from Taiwan Electric Strong Grid Plan, leading to a daily limit rise to 76.5 yuan. Yeh Hwa, originally known for touch panels, has seen its electromechanical division's revenue share increase significantly in recent years, now at around 80% for the division producing cable terminal boxes and connecting boxes – both of which are in high demand due to the grid project. Yeh Hwa's revenue in May surged by 95.2% monthly and 57.7% yearly, totaling 2.23 billion yuan, up by 20.4% year-on-year from January to May. The stock price has risen by nearly 60% from its low point earlier this year. With increasing trading volume and the KD indicator rising, it is expected to continue to rise.
