The National Development Council's Institute for National Development (NDI), along with the Taipei Pop Music Center, Kaohsiung Pop Music Center, and three other organizations, recently held a press conference under the theme 'Unlimited Music, Boundless Taiwan.' With the support of the Ministry of Culture, they aim to collaborate on preserving and showcasing Taiwanese pop music, internationalizing the industry, nurturing talent, and aiding in both local growth and global expansion. Various key figures like the Minister of Culture, legislative members, and directors from the involved organizations attended the event, emphasizing the importance of promoting Taiwan's music industry both locally and internationally. Plans include creating a Taiwan Pop Music Era exhibition and database, utilizing immersive technologies for performances, and enhancing international exposure through collaborations and investments in music festivals abroad.
