Technology investor Prosus has agreed to acquire Just Eat Takeaway.com for approximately €4.1 billion ($4.29 billion), marking a significant move to enhance its food delivery portfolio in Europe. The deal values Just Eat at €20.30 ($21.24) per share and is expected to create the fourth-largest food delivery group worldwide.
