Radiant Logistics has acquired California-based forwarder Transcon Shipping, enhancing its international freight capabilities, particularly in key markets like Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago. This deal aims to leverage Transcon's customer base by offering an expanded suite of services and is expected to create synergies within Radiant's existing network. While the transaction's financial details remain undisclosed, Transcon reported $75 million in revenue for 2024. Radiant has made eight acquisitions in the last 18 months as it continues to strengthen its position in the logistics sector.
