Jill Zarin, known from 'Real Housewives of New York City', openly revealed on Instagram that she underwent a lower face lift and other minor cosmetic tweaks at the age of 60. She expressed the importance of honesty for reality TV personalities and plans to share her recovery journey through photos. Zarin also disclosed getting a fat transfer to her hands, despite finding it the most painful part of the process, in addition to previous liquid face lifts she had regularly in the past.
