The Changhua County Environmental Protection Bureau explains that besides rinsing and recycling the paper container, the straw and thin sealing film of the hand-shaken cup should be disposed of as general waste. The most common mistake is forgetting to remove and throw away the thin sealing film, increasing the workload for cleaning crews. The bureau emphasizes that under the subsidy policy, recycling facilities can handle paper containers and thin plastic sheets effectively, turning them into recycled paper and plastic pellets, respectively.
