During the graduation market held by Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, vendors were charged 8,000 Taiwan dollars for a 5-day stall, more expensive than usual campus markets. Initially, promised 300,000 Taiwan dollars worth of vouchers, vendors found themselves competing with traditional food stalls on-site with fewer crowds than expected, insufficient voucher distribution, and altered information on forms. Vendors ended up operating at a loss and some even closed early, expressing dissatisfaction with the event's organization and lackluster foot traffic.
