On June 13th, around 11:00 PM, residents in Renwu District reported a paint splashing incident on their property. Mr. Zhang, around 42 years old, stated that he heard noises outside his residence and found paint splashed on his door and the car parked in front, with a note accusing him of owing money. Despite denying any debt dispute, the police are now tracing the vehicle to investigate and clarify the situation, handling the case based on charges of damage and intimidation.
