The Ministry of National Defense criticized retired General's comments as being far from the truth after Chinese military drones were seen flying near Nangan Airport in Matsu for about 20 minutes, causing delays for 2 flights from Uni Air and affecting 210 passengers. The Matsu Defense Command clarified that the drones did not enter restricted airspace, and proper measures were taken after monitoring the situation. The Ministry emphasized that comments questioning why the drones flying over Nangan were not shot at are incorrect and urged against spreading misinformation to avoid influencing public opinion.
