Wang pointed out flaws in Taiwan's current energy policy, emphasizing the instability of using environmentally harmful and land-consuming electricity sources. He also questioned the effectiveness of Taiwan's renewable energy initiatives compared to practices in regions like California. Wang argued for the reconsideration of Taiwan's 'Non-Nuclear Homeland' policy, stressing the economic benefits and stability that nuclear power had provided over the past 40 years.
