The implementation of the revised policy reform for actual payment medical insurance, which was originally scheduled to start in July, has been delayed until October 1, 2024. This delay is to allow for a buffer period following discussions with the Insurance Association. Starting from October, new insurance claims for accident and hospitalization coverage must be filed with the original receipts, without retroactive effects. The revised policy also introduces a mechanism for sharing insurance claim losses among companies and limits claim amounts. The revised policy for dividend policies will proceed as planned starting from July 1, focusing on transparent dividend mechanisms and cash flow tests.
