Russia's weekly crude oil exports recorded the largest drop in over three months due to maintenance works at key ports such as Primorsk and Kozmino, resulting in reduced shipments. Despite the setback, oil prices saw an increase, offsetting some of the export volume decline. Western sanctions targeting Russian oil vessels are also impacting Moscow's ability to transport oil. While export values decreased, flows are expected to recover in the upcoming weeks, with signs of resumed loadings at affected ports.
