Heavy rainfall in southern China has led to severe flooding in Huangshan, Anhui, affecting at least 200,000 people. In Meizhou, Guangdong, flooding has caused at least 38 deaths and 2 people missing. Footage from Huangshan shows the use of excavators to move trapped villagers to safety as roads are submerged.
