In recent years, there has been an increase in campus bullying incidents, with videos circulating online and public figures also becoming targets. Psychologist Huang Xinxin suggests that parents and teachers observe for '5 emotional reactions' in children to see if they are being bullied. These emotions include anxiety and fear, anger and resentment, feelings of inferiority and damaged self-confidence, loneliness and despair, and depression and anxiety. If any of these signs appear, timely psychological support and stable companionship are crucial to prevent further deterioration of emotional issues.
