Singapore prosecutors have revealed that a fraud case involving local firms accused of supplying U.S. servers to Malaysia includes transactions totaling $390 million. Three men are charged with defrauding Dell and Super Micro by misrepresenting the destination of these servers. Additionally, the case is linked to investigations concerning Nvidia’s AI chips potentially being misused by the Chinese company DeepSeek. Authorities are also looking into whether other suppliers may be involved, as part of a broader investigation encompassing multiple individuals and companies.
