Singapore has been crowned the most expensive city in the world for the second consecutive year, according to the latest Global Wealth and Lifestyle Report by Julius Baer. This achievement reflects Singapore's political and economic stability, business-friendly environment, and appeal to the wealthy. Taipei, which was ranked 8th last year, has dropped to 13th place. The top 5 most expensive cities listed in the report are Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Shanghai, and Monaco.
