A yellow-wearing single mother, previously known for charity scams, reemerged under the name 'Zhang Xinyu' with an upgraded scam technique. She allegedly shifted from 'not shipping' to 'under-shipping' to avoid penalties, causing a victim in New Taipei City to only receive six out of eight cans of milk powder. When seeking help from a rescue group, she was threatened with a lawsuit by Zhang Xinyu. The scammer's real identity was discovered, cautioning consumers to verify sellers' identities on social media platforms. Authorities recommend using reputable online marketplaces with payment protections and complaint systems for consumer safety.
