On July 7, 2024, the 7-ELEVEN Kaohsiung Beer Music Festival at the plaza across from Dream Mall in Kaohsiung held its final day with Gin Ouyang, the winner of the Golden Melody Awards' Song of the Year, performing as the opening act. As Gin Ouyang started performing hit songs like 'Take Me to Find Nightlife,' 'Missing Love,' and 'Thinking of You While Wearing Stars and Moon,' the atmosphere was electrified. However, when they sang 'Where You Go, Rain Falls,' shortly after, it began to rain heavily, halting the festival abruptly at around 5:20 pm due to safety concerns. After safety checks and consultation with the artists, the event was expected to resume approximately 1.5 hours later. Reflecting on this unforeseen event, Gin Ouyang mentioned backstage attempts to ward off rain with chillies, humorously noting the song's eerie accuracy. Members expressed concern for fans' safety, hinting at the possibility of performing indoors in the future to avoid such incidents. They also mentioned their desire to bring their unique performances to Kaohsiung's outdoor stadium due to the fantastic response from their previous concert at Kaohsiung Arena. The sudden rain made Gin Ouyang's song 'Where You Go, Rain Falls' the most talked-about performance of the day, adding an unexpected twist to the music festival.
