With 219 companies, the conglomerate aims to restructure due to losses in its electric vehicle battery unit. SK Innovation might merge with SK E&S to assist SK On, while other units like SK EcoPlant and SK Materials could see mergers. Additionally, SK Networks plans to sell its car rental unit and stake in Vietnam's Masan Group to streamline operations.
