According to a study by ConsumerAffairs, Memphis, Tennessee, has been identified as the city with the highest rate of deadly car accidents in the United States in 2022. With 207 deadly car crashes marking 33.33 per 100,000 people, Memphis topped the list of 195 cities analyzed, despite being sixth in total deadly car wrecks for the year. The study utilized car crash data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to determine these rankings.
