Central Sparks have mutually parted ways with head coach Lloyd Tennant and his assistant Dominic Ostler after their involvement since 2020, following a loss in the Charlotte Edwards Cup. The decision to make changes to the coaching staff and structure was explained by Laura MacLeod, the director of West Midlands regional women's cricket, citing the need for adjustments for the current and upcoming seasons. Darren Franklin and former New Zealand player Justine Dunce will be taking on more significant roles with the team for the remainder of the season.
