On June 26, 2024, at 12:36 a.m., a female foreign traveler panicked when she was accidentally locked out of her hotel room near Taichung Station in Taiwan. Unable to get assistance from the unmanned front desk, she called the police for help. Officers Yang Fu-jun, Huang En-hsin, and intern Cai Dong-ying promptly arrived and successfully assisted the 26-year-old Singaporean traveler named ANNIKA. The police confirmed her as a guest and found her lost room card under a table in the hotel lobby, resolving the situation within five minutes.
