Stellantis has stated that no additional recalls are planned for faulty airbags following reports alleging that the carmaker would widen recalls for specific Citroen models produced between 2009 and 2019. Information from Le Parisien suggested that Stellantis would recall vehicles from the C4, DS4, and DS5 series, as well as the CS3 and DS3 models, previously affected in the south of France due to airbag issues associated with high temperatures. While the company has no immediate plans for further recall actions, they mentioned a possibility of future preventive recalls. Stellantis addressed the situation stating that more announcement will come if necessary.
