Sun Country Airlines is currently facing slight delays in integrating additional Amazon cargo jets into its fleet. The airline took possession of three Boeing 737-800 freighters in Q1, but only one is operational due to the need for further integration work. Amazon is transferring eight leased freighters from another operator, which Sun Country plans to have fully in service by September, doubling its cargo revenue. Despite the delays, the airline reported an increase in cargo revenue and aims to streamline operations as they expand their fleet.
