Gao advises controlling portions and sauce intake, incorporating fruits and vegetables to avoid post-holiday weight gain. Among the 14 popular rice dumplings listed, 'Guangzhou Lotus Leaf Rice Dumpling' topped the list at 1066 calories, followed by 'Indigenous Traditional Rice Dumpling' with 565 calories, and 'Northern Rice Dumpling' with 518 calories.
