The ongoing controversy of the Jinghuacheng case continues as Chen Yukun, chairman of Jinghuacheng, filed a lawsuit against You Shuhui, a Kuomintang Taipei City councilor, accusing her of repeatedly targeting Jinghuacheng's plot ratio, spreading false statements to media outlets, participating in TV political talk shows frequently, and attempting to create an image of Jinghuacheng benefiting from corrupt practices, damaging the company's reputation and causing significant losses. In response, You Shuhui criticized the lawsuit as a mistaken and malicious accusation, expressing confidence in the judiciary's ability to prove her innocence and not ruling out filing a criminal lawsuit against Jinghuacheng for false accusations in the future.
